Last Updated: [7/22/2025] Welcome to Bori! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and purchases. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. General Information: Bori is a Puerto Rican food business offering made-to-order and prepared food items through food truck events, pre-orders, and catering.
2. Ordering & Payments: Orders must be placed through approved channels (in person, or online). Accepted payment methods include: Cash, Payment link or POS system. Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellations & Refunds: Orders canceled at least 24 hours in advance(EXCLUDING CATERING) may be eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
4. Allergens & Dietary Restrictions: Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, and shellfish. Customers are responsible for informing us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when ordering.
5. Liability Waiver: By purchasing food from Bori, you acknowledge that you are responsible for consuming food items safely and understand the potential risks associated with food allergens or improper storage. Bori is not liable for any health issues that may result from the consumption of our food.
6. Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including logos, branding, and photos, is the property of Bori and may not be used without permission.
7. Privacy: Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share customer information with third parties except where necessary to complete your order.
8. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
